Courses

Usually each course takes place in 3 days, there are some courses that can be longer or shorter depending on the course topic. All our courses are divided into two sections, the theoretical part which takes part at the beginning of the course and the practical part. In most of our courses you have a practical part each day, with most of the practical work – the hands-on training on live anesthetized model - being done in the last day of the course.

All courses are supervised by our experts and trainers. The courses are endorsed and organized together with the Romanian Association of Endoscopic Surgery (RAES) and the Romanian Medical Academy of Medical Sciences, since 2012. Since 2013 the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES) endorses our courses too.

The certificate of attendance, issued by the Romanian Medical College of Physicians grants CME credits for each course.

Fully Booked!!! Interventional Techniques in Digestive Endoscopy

Accredited by the Romanian College of Physicians with 12 CME credits and endorsed by E.A.E.S., this event is addressed to resident doctors and specialists in general surgery and gastroenterology, with limited or moderate experience in endoscopy.

This hands-on workshop comprises theoretical lectures and practice on prelevated organs,

During the two days, the attendants:
- will practice the hemostasis techniques by submucosal injection, the application of metal clips, using argon plasma;
- will practice the polypectomy techniques;
- will practice the percutaneus endoscopic gastrostomy technique;
- will practice the techniques for pneumatic dilatation of digestive stenosis;

At the end of this workshop you will be more confident in your possibilities and your practical skills concerning the application of endoscopic interventional techniques.

Pe parcursul desfasurarii acestui eveniment, participantii vor primi informatii cu privire la:
• utilizarea si stabilizarea sondei ecografice in timpul procedurii
• recunoasterea anatomiei ecografice
• abordarea acului, alinierea, adancimea si plasarea varfului de ac
• cunostintele teoretice de baza ale fizicii ultrasunetelor și utilizarea acestora
• cunostinte de sonoanatomie functionala
• introducere in conceptele fundamentale ale tehnicilor de bloc, ghidate ecografic, precum scanarea dinamica pentru recunoasterea structurilor nervoase
• manipularea si controlul acului, hidrodisectia nervului din planurile fasciale inconjuratoare si evaluarea difuzarii corecte a anestezicului local.

Evenimentul Acreditat de catre Colegiul Medicilor din Romania, este dedicat medicilor specialisti si/sau rezidenti ATI/ UPU.

Workshop-ul isi propune sa creasca abilitatile teoretice, dar mai ales cele practice in tehnicile de anestezie locoregionala ghidata ecografic, prin sesiuni practice pe simulatoare de structuri anatomice umane, voluntari si diferite preparate anatomice.
