This intensive hands-on workshop is designed for resident physicians and specialists in General Surgery and Gastroenterology with limited or moderate experience in endoscopy, who wish to develop practical skills in diagnostic and interventional endoscopic techniques.

Throughout the event, participants will:
- Practice hemostasis techniques, including submucosal injection, application of metal clips, and argon plasma coagulation.
- Perform polypectomy procedures safely and efficiently.
- Learn and apply the percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) techniques, including Pull and Push variants.
- Practice closure of accidental perforations using the OVESCO clip.
- Apply pneumatic dilation techniques for digestive tract stenoses.
- Acquire the necessary knowledge for the correct use of electrosurgical instruments.
- Learn how to administer superficial sedation safely during endoscopic procedures.
- Understand potential incidents and adverse events during endoscopic interventions and the best strategies for their management.

The program combines:
- Theoretical lectures introducing endoscopic anatomy, indications, and safety principles.
- Video presentations and expert-led case discussions illustrating real clinical cases.
- Hands-on sessions on prelevated organs, allowing participants to practice all interventional techniques under direct supervision.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Gain confidence in performing essential interventional endoscopic procedures.
- Strengthen both theoretical understanding and manual skills in hemostasis, polypectomy, PEG placement, perforation closure, and dilation techniques.
- Be prepared to apply these techniques safely and effectively in clinical practice, including sedation management and complication handling.

This hands-on workshop is designed for residents in general surgery, gynecology, and urology with little to no prior experience in laparoscopic surgery, who wish to build a strong foundation in minimally invasive techniques.

Throughout the 3-day training, participants will:
- Learn the principles of laparoscopic surgery, including laparoscopic imaging fundamentals, ergonomics, operating room safety, basic laparoscopic equipment, and safe use of surgical energy.
- Receive training in the safe creation of pneumoperitoneum.
- Develop camera navigation skills to ensure optimal intraoperative visualization.
- Acquire and practice essential laparoscopic techniques such as object grasping and manipulation, bimanual coordination, hand–eye coordination, dissection, cutting, clipping, use of endo-loops and endo-bags, insertion and extraction of materials, tissue handling, laparoscopic needle handling, suturing, and knot tying.
- Gain insight into the principles of teamwork and communication in the operating room.
- Understand how to recognize and manage incidents and adverse events in laparoscopic surgery.

- Intensive hands-on training under direct supervision of the faculty

This intensive hands-on workshop is designed for resident physicians and specialists in anesthesiology and emergency care (ATI/UPU) who wish to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in ultrasound-guided locoregional anesthesia techniques.

Throughout the 2-day training, participants will:
- Learn proper ultrasound probe handling and stabilization during procedures.
- Recognize sonoanatomy and identify key anatomical structures.
- Master needle approach, alignment, depth, and tip placement.
- Understand basic theoretical concepts of ultrasound physics and their practical applications.
- Develop skills in functional sonoanatomy.
- Be introduced to fundamental concepts of ultrasound-guided block techniques, including dynamic scanning for nerve structure recognition.
- Practice needle manipulation and control, hydrodissection of nerves within fascial planes, and correct assessment of local anesthetic spread.

The program includes:
- Theoretical lectures and video presentations
- Case-based discussions with expert commentary
- Extensive hands-on practice on anatomical simulators, volunteers, and various anatomical specimens
- Supervised instruction in ultrasound-guided locoregional anesthesia techniques
