This intensive hands-on workshop is designed for ENT resident physicians and specialists who wish to develop their practical skills in rhinosinusal endoscopic surgery.

Throughout the event, participants will:
- Learn the basic surgical techniques used in rhinosinusal endoscopic surgery.
- Understand the common rhinosinusal pathologies encountered in ENT practice.
- Practice endoscopic dissection on lamb heads, acquiring the necessary dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Get familiar with the ENT navigation system to improve surgical accuracy and safety.
- Acquire knowledge of rhinosinusal radiological and endoscopic anatomy.
- Learn key elements of surgical technique and preoperative preparation to prevent intra- and postoperative complications.
- Understand the principles of postoperative care for ENT patients.

The program combines:
- Live surgery transmitted from the OR
- Theoretical lectures focused on surgical techniques and pathology recognition
- Hands-on dissection sessions on lamb heads for practical skill development
- Supervised practice with the ENT navigation system
- Expert guidance on preoperative planning, operative execution, and postoperative care

By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Gain confidence in performing basic rhinosinusal endoscopic procedures.
- Strengthen both theoretical knowledge and manual dexterity required for safe ENT surgery.

This hands-on workshop is addressed to resident physicians and specialists in General Surgery, Gynecology, and Imaging, with a professional interest in the diagnosis and management of breast diseases.

Throughout the 2-day training, participants will:
- Learn about standard investigations recommended for the diagnosis and staging of breast lesions.
- Understand the specific imaging appearances (ultrasound, mammography, MRI) of common breast diseases.
- Study ultrasound, mammographic, and MRI semiology, including imaging anatomy of the breast and axilla.
- Recognize the indications and limitations of each imaging method in diagnosing breast lesions.
- Identify particular imaging features of malignant and benign breast tumors.
- Understand how imaging findings complement diagnosis and staging of breast cancer.
- Learn protocols for performing imaging investigations.
- Perform ultrasound-guided biopsy punctures of breast lesions.
- Apply imaging techniques for preoperative localization of non-palpable lesions, including clip and harpoon placement.

The program combines:
- Theoretical lectures on oncologic breast imaging
- Video presentations and expert-led case discussions
- Extensive hands-on sessions for ultrasound lesion identification, ultrasound-guided biopsy using automatic or semi-automatic devices, and clip or wire placement on models
- An interactive case presentation module, allowing participants to apply acquired knowledge in diagnostic reasoning and therapeutic decision-making

By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Consolidate their understanding of multimodal breast imaging for accurate diagnosis and staging.
- Develop practical competence in ultrasound-guided biopsy and localization techniques.
- Gain the ability to integrate imaging findings effectively into clinical and surgical management decisions.
